MCCE Step3.py says done but progress.log is still running

When running step3.py, it may say it is done in the run.log but

• the pairwaise/rxn is still calculating
• progress.log is still being written

Solution:

• Check Last Line of head3.lst to ensure all conformers say "t" or true, to ensure conformer is done.
• Check with top or jobs, to ensure jobs are done
