Add option to calculate RXN0 on the fly

This feature will make more accurate to evalute the desolvation energy of conformers in respect to its own standalone form in solvent, and

• eleminate the need of RXN in COMFORMER records in ftpl files
• eleminate the averging of many conformers to prepare RXN in ftpl files
