Calendar week numbers do not comply with ISO 8601 #418

Calendar currently shows Week 1 as starting simultaneously with Week 53, which is very incorrect. Results in all week numbers in 2021 being off by one week.

Closed by c5e2611, calendar was not set up correctly to comply with ISO 8601 (not enabled by default).
