Should have specified in UG the default amount of money in the wallet when the program is first started. Feature of topping up and withdrawing money from wallet is not meant to be part of the product as this application is meant for beginner users to try out trading, which will make such a feature redundant as the starting amount in the wallet doesnt really affect the profit and loss.

Reason for disagreement: I think topping up is a feature missing which makes the app less useful to the intended target user. Without topping up the wallet, the amount of stocks that can be purchased is quite limited. Users may face the problem that they do not have enough money to buy the stocks they want, which can be quite common for most users and affect their experience. Therefore, I think this is a severe problem with the product design and is indeed a feature flaw.

When using buy command to buy a large amount of stocks, the money is insufficient, but users cannot top up, which makes the app useless for these users.
