Reason for disagreement: Since the UG does not specify how much money users have at the start, almost all users will get confused by the value of balance. This flaw affects most users and causes major problems for users. If users do not know how much money they have at the start, the entire feature about showing balance is not useful anymore. Therefore, I think the severity of this bug is Medium or High.
