Reason for disagreement: There is no instructions for manual testing, which can cause great inconvenience to future developers and testers. As shared in this module, a good start for the PE is to start by referring to the instructions for manual testing, but it is totally missing from the DG. Therefore, I think the severity of this problem is High.
