Hi Guoliang , I am very interested in the algorithm you designed, but my question is why the linker is only 10bp when the actual linker is 20bp(eg, The actual linker sequences are GTTGGATAAGATATCGCGG and GTTGGAATGTATATCGCGG ,but your test linker file is GTTGGATAAG and GTTGGAATGT)
