Dear all,

Thanks for developing such a comprehensive database for 3D chromatin looping! I have a question. I want to check the human cerebellum 3D looping data. How can I get all the human sample sheet ?

Thanks Yayan

Hi Dr. Li,

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I love the beautiful figures in your web page. Great work!

I see the sample information on your web page. Is there any possible that we can search data through human tissue or brain region? For example, if I want to search data in human cerebellum, I don't know which cell line is corresponding to human cerebellum? It's time consuming to find cerebellum data on that page. Do you have any quick approach?

Thanks Yayan
