reputation gain loss should be based on opponent rep and number of opponents #12

right now its a strict +/- 1 on a win. That can be improved by taking into account the other fighters in the fight (more rep gained for beating multiple fighters, less lost in larger battles). And more rep gained or lost for fighting someone with a higher rep than yourself.
