Dial down references to 'gurobipy' in documentation of the nups #18

After discussing with @simonbowly and @tobiasachterberg we figured that showing gurobipy code on the individual nup documentation pages doesn't help the interested much, and is confusing to people not intersted in it. We should remove these.

Instead each nup documentation should have an appropriately placed link "View code on github".

Secondary codes removed, just need a (template?) way to link to the code on github?
