Reconsider the "view Gurobi logs" collapsible #74

Not sure we still need this, as:

  1. It's a bit out of context/ doesn't add much now that we don't show any gurobipy code
  2. It's the one part of the docs that we have to remember to keep in sync (and isn't checked automatically)
