We two should be owners, first 0.0.1a0 release can just contain what we have right now.

Essentially done, just needs a test push

There are still some references to gurobipy version 10.0.0b1 that need to be bumped.

Done. Pushed version 0.2.0b0 to pypi, triggered by the v0.2.0b0 tag.

The release workflow now runs the unit tests against all three OS's, python 3.8->3.11 and gurobipy 9.5 & 10 before uploading release artifacts.
