Reading from protected workbooks causes ArgumentOutOfRangeException #101

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a workbook in excel and protect it from changes.  Read access without 
password is still allowed.
2. Call either overload of Workbook.Load
3. ArgumentOutOfRangeException is raised
