Excel hangs when updating external links because of absence of INDEX and DBCELL records #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create some file with ExcelLibrary
2. Create another file that has external links to first file
3. Close first file in Excel
4. Open Edit->Links(or Data->Edit Links in Excel 2007) and click "Update 
Values" on first file.

Excel hangs.

I've implemented generation of indices in xls file and it fixed the problem. 
Implementation is quite hacky, but it works for me. Maybe I'll clean it up 
later.
