Fix RTFD Config #11

Why Are We Doing This?

After merging #9, the Read the Docs were raising errors trying to build the docs (see #10).

Test Plan

  1. The automated test suite passes (run manually if needed).
  2. Verify the documentation hosted on Read the Docs builds successfully.

The PR has to be merged for RTFD to trigger a build. It worked this time; however, I see some errors in some of the content in the docs.
