Missing givat zeev in city code #54

You can add Givat Ze'ev to the cities?

Unfortunatelly no. You can find IMS (השירות המטאורולוגי הישראלי) station information here: link As you can see "גבעת זאב" is not one of the existing stations and we're limited to this list
