Apple Home App Cannot Detect Any of Accessory #1

I follow all your steps and the ESP8266 already connected to Wifi and from the serial monitor I can see that temp/humidity sensor is working but :

Please advice !

I already solve the issue by reset HomeKit storage but add accessory fail every time and one of them just show up
