stop working today? #2

hi. is youtube design not presevable since today?( firefox 76.0.1 (x64)

I have checked it out and it looks like selecting the "Old layout" option doesn't update YouTube's PREF cookie anymore for some reason... You could manually set YouTube's PREF cookie to "f6=8" for the time being. On Firefox you can find this cookie by opening YouTube, pressing F12, going to the storage tab. I hope this helps.

Hmm.. That's weird. That should restore the old layout. That worked for me at least. I also tried the exact same PREF value that you have and it worked. Did you reload the website after changing the cookie? If you did, you could try to delete YouTube's local and session storage on the left and see if that fixes your problem. If you use any other add-ons that could be interfering, you could temporarily disable them and look if it works after that.

i haven't change it, it was like this deleting storage don't make difference too well i've tried add-on on another laptop and it working well, but on mine works only dark theme part of it. even with all other add-ons disabled. so it is my browser. thank you for fast support.

it is account related! if you are not log in to google, plugin works. after log in design become new.

I just changed the way the add-on sets the old design. This may solve your problem. This change is already part of the newest version for Firefox. An update for the Opera version is coming soon.
