monaco-languageclient update with fix for production build

Hi @Guyutongxue the production build is now working again, please check "vite preview" yourself before merging.

There are two weird things:

• dynamic import in monaco-editor-wrapper are blocking in the production build, but I checked that it is working properly in the monaco-languageclient repo, see https://github.com/TypeFox/monaco-languageclient/pull/661 . The workaround is to import them in editor.ts directly
• Locale loading is also only working in dev mode. You need to attach ?locale=zh-hans. Those are also dynamically imported, maybe there is an identical root cause.
