Add "Create cover from movie" as option to cover manager #236

If there is no cover available on internet or for private movies, it should be 
possible to create a cover from the movie content (similar to the fanart from 
movie creation)

Sure, edit it in an image editor LOL!  

I think that would complicate the issue significantly - what font/size/style? 
wrapping long titles, position on cover etc. and ofc it would have to be 
another option as well.

Actually, that option existed in old MyFilms version - probably at least part 
of the code is still there.
But tbh, I never really liked it, as it was not really looking good. Due to the 
limited resolution of the covers, the text looked quite ugly.
This would probably be much better nowadays, as the cover resolution is much 
higher than in the past.
But still, the points Dadeo mentioned are all valid and would need to be solved.
Althoug, it is of couirse related and relying on this issue, if that is 
something wnated, pleasse open a separate issue for it. I might look into it, 
but I do not want to block this one by that.

It was just a thought. When you get this feature implemented i will see if i 
still think it is needed.
