AMCU Import Watcher does not work #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open AMCU (Import Tab)
2. Click the 'Start Import Watcher' button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The button turns green as if it is active - and disables the other Import 
features, but even if I add a movie to the selected Scan path, it does not 
import it.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
If the feature cannot be fixed for 6.0.1 then I suggest we 'hide' the button 
until we can fix this feature?

Will disable for V6 final.
If there is a need for it, we can create a new feature request. However, it 
should be done either before or after the AMCupdater rework - not at the same 
time due to possible conflicts.

Verified it no longer displays in build 2654.
Updated Screenshot in wiki (AMCU and Importer tab)
