Allow setting/modification of views filter and value settings via context menu #243

Currently, the settings for "filter" and "value" for a view can only be set in 
setup.
This is to make that setting available in GUI also.
It is partially implemented in test mode as context menu option in Views 
context menu.
Open:
Provide proper guided dialogs for a selection, e.g. selecting from existing DB 
fields, selecting from existing values.
Current implementation only provides modeification via virtual keyboard.
Also might have to be movied into the view itself for usability reasons.
