Move 'Import if no auto match' setting from AMCU to MF Setup and add to MF GUI options #278

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)
AMCU, MF Setup and GUI Options > Global Settings?
What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
Currently the option to import new movies in MF GUI is only available in AMCU 
on Import tab (Import if no auto match) which is confusing. Also there is no 
way to alter that setting in MF GUI - so you must open AMCU on PC to change it.
How would you expect it to work? (Accessed via, new settings required, Skin
changes/new properties)
Functions as now, BUT:
In MF Setup I would suggest the setting be added to Import tab and removed from 
AMCU import tab.

In MF GUI > Global Settings? ''Import if no auto match?' (Yes/No)

Now reassigned to 6.0.2. Could hide in testmode, if you prefer for 6.1, pladv.
Options for import mode and purge mode added to global options.

verified in build 2787 - tested changing the setting in both MF Setup and via 
Global Settings in GUI and both work correctly.

Update Docs in Wiki on Import setup
