navigation engine does have inconsistant behaviour for start settings:
When changing layout in a film list or group, the start setting for layout is 
altered. That should NOT happen, as the start setting is only to be changed 
manually by the user. That is currently only poosible in setup - there is no 
option in GUI for that.

To allow users to manage the start settings from GUI, a context option in film 
list and groups (collections, box-sets) should be added.
This option will save the CURRENT settings of layout, sort field and sort 
direction to the respective start settings (either for film list or groups, 
depending where user calls this option)
