Remove IMDB.PT script from installer package and change the preset script for 
PT:
As IMDB does not provide a separate local page for PT, the script should be 
removed and the setup wizard should preselect to other script.
The currently attached IMDB.PT is broken and no more maintained.

Verified that after installing build 2830 IMDB.PT no longer displays in 
...\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\scripts\MyFilms

Setup Wizard for new catalog selects IMDB.ES for Portugal. Although that won't 
help users who have already set grabber to IMDB.PT ;)
