Change Backnavigation behaviour to not step back when a view was called directly

- Backstepping should be disab led
- Backnavigation from menus should be kept (as they're NOT handled with the 
backnavigation queue, that only handles film related facade display)

Works great in buid 2802 I tested Films, Videos Menu and Category view, both 
with and without Always use start settings, and all worked as expected!

Can you indicate what docs are req'd. AFAIK selecting 'use always start 
settings' behaviour has not changed. And back navigation in general is not 
documented (does it need to be if it just works as expected?) In fact this fix 
only makes the back navigation work as expected imo.

Yes, I was referring to the "changed behaviour" when tagging docs req.
If we don't have any related doc parts, that's fine to change to not req.
