Skin Updates for MP13 final #321

As MP1.3 final showing up soon, skin support should be finalized.
DefaultWide:
- Adaption of height of Textboxscrollup (e.g. details, actors virtual screen)
- Visibility of download indicators e.g. in full fanart virtual screen
- vertical alignment of text / availability icons in main screen

Design: The Logos "look" misplaced - maybe it would be nicer to move them to 
the bottom - and place to movie/trailer availability somewhere else?

One general thing:
Readibility is sometimes really bad in both main and details screen - maybe we 
should add another alpha blackbox to darken at least the most important area? 
Imho not only it lookes a bit chaotic, when there is "wild fanart" in the 
background, also the usability is affected.

Titan: There are some issues, not sure if they should be handled here?
- logos too big, if there are some missing (scaling)
- Description missing for movies in groups
- some item<x>'s do not display with default wizard config
- Cover list not supported (might be intended)
In general, there is many elements not included, which I think is "by design" 
to keep it clean - so do we agree, that we only use default skins to include 
those?> What happens, if default skins will be removed from MP - then there 
isn't any reference skin implementation available anymore for skinners!?
