Cover Manager does not download covers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Cover Manager
2. Select Download Covers (any option, any grabber)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MF finds the correct movie but no Covers are downloaded. MyFilms.log displays 
error on Temp cover Image path (see attached)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Once you have attempted to download Covers using Cover Manager, the next time 
you open Cover Manager, you just get an endless wait cursor.
MyFilms (2).log (attached) displays only:

2013-06-23 07:20:10,152 Debug [  1 | MyFilmsCoverM ]: OnPageDestroy - 
saveChangesToDB() - Cover file does not exist - not saving Cover '' to DB !

In 2870 covers are downloaded - even resizing some covers that would not 
download before! 

If Cover manager fails, or there is no 'valid' image for a film - it still ends 
up displaying a wait cursor endlessly until you exit and reload MP. This should 
not happen often anymore, and does not appear to cause any issues. However, it 
is still annoying if it does - and could be handled more 'gracefully'. Should I 
open a separate issue for that for future?
