Create Fanart does not work if you do a clean install of MP 1.4.0 #335

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Fanart Manager
2. Choose to create fanart

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No fanart created if you do a clean install of MP 1.4.0 because MTN is no
longer included.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
If you do an upgrade MTN is still present and fanart can still be created.
This issue will also relate to the new movie thumbs/preview scheduled for 6.1 -
see Issue #195.

Possible solutions are to change to use ffmpeg which is provided with MP or
include MTN 2012-12-18 version in MF installer.

To keep it simple, I'd like to go the MTN route - as this has proved to work
and does not need other changes in code.
So my question:
Should we create a new MTN subdirectory in MyFilms directory and use MTN from
there - or should we just install the files in the "original" MP directory?

As discussed - install to MP Program folder e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Team
MediaPortal\MediaPortal\MovieThumbnailer but DO NOT overwrite. Thus if user
already has MP version in 1.3.0 or due to updgrade to MP 1.4.0 MF preserves
previous version, however if it is missing MF installs it.

I can confirm that MF did not overwrite my existing MTN.exe - it is difficult
to tell as there is no version info however the file dates differ (MP version
is actually newer?)

I can also verify that when I removed the MP version, MF installed MTN
correctly and I was able to create fanart (and movie thumbs) in MF :)
