Allow users to select Test Mode more easily and display it in Setup/GUI #340

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)
MyFilms Setup, and possibly GUI
What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
Since we plan to encourage users to try test mode it might be good to provide 
an option to enable/disable it more easily than editing (adding first time) 
pluginmode to MyFilms.xml config file.

Also, to make it clear to dummies like me when you are in Test Mode so I don't 
take screenshots of features not yet available in the current release. ;)

How would you expect it to work? (Accessed via, new settings required, Skin
changes/new properties)
For Setup, a button that enables/disables Test Mode -perhaps at the bottom 
beside Setup Wizard?  Either button or text could change color (e.g. red text) 
when enabled?

In GUI it could be a Global Setting and display after the plugin name? I think 
it could be hardcoded since it is only visible in test mode. But if we want it 
'skinnable' we would need another skin property, or combine the text with an 
existing one.
Can you illustrate it with examples such
as images (screenshots), scenarios or examples from other Plugins?
See attached screenie for MF Setup. Not sure if we also need to display Test 
Mode in AMCU - are there any features only for test mode in AMCU?

Re plugin GUI test mode indication:
We have since ever the property 
#myfilms.config.pluginmode
(undocumented, as the test mode was an undocumented feature)

DUH - committed updated Default skin files in r2900 - plugin mode displays 
conditionally ONLY when in test mode, after the Config/User name (if not 
default user ofc).

Will update skin docs to let skinners know once the method for changing to test 
mode is clearer ;)

Verified in build 2908 - Added notes to several wiki pages - for skinners/skin 
changes, testing, What's New, 6.1.0, and main documentation on MyFilms Setup 
wiki page.
