Suppress some alerts #349

When you save the settings in MF config, you get two alerts: "your xml file is 
valid with...", and "configuration saved". I think it could be showed only one.
Also, the alert about purging orphan records is always displayed and is 
annoying.

Since 6.0.3 is already released I have changed milestone to 6.1.0 so we don't 
lose this ;)
