Import Trailers to DB/Catalog when importing movies via AMCU

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)
AMC Updater - mostly - I think ;)
What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
If you already have trailers, when you import the movie it would be nice to 
automatically import them to the Trailers field selected in Setup (usually 
Source Trailer). It saves a separate step when adding new movies, that have a 
complete directory already, and is especially useful when using NFO 
files/script import.
How would you expect it to work? (Accessed via, new settings required, Skin
changes/new properties)
This shouldn't require any new settings - just the schema especially for 
matching the trailer to the movie (which IIUC 'Search and Add' trailers in MF 
GUI already does (mostly ;))

However, it is related to the Trailer Identification settings which are 
currently not applied to matching/importing trailers, only to excluding them 
from import as movies.
