Beside MP compatibility, the change to .Net4 requires more changes to add 
compatibility

In MPEI installer, the message re skin files says "MP 1.4 detected" rather than 
the current version (which would likely be MP 1.6?)

MF version number also needs update to 6.1.0.x

Looks good in both MP 1.6/7
Skin files check now says ">= MP 1.4 detected" (smart idea!)
Version # is corrected

Still works, in both MP1.7 and MP 1.6. even with 1.5.100.0 set as minimum.

Verified installer now offers option to update MyFilmsLogos.xml (for new rules) 
or not if user has custom rules.
