Default Wide Skins need update #389

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any dialog that has OK/Cancel or Yes/No buttons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No buttons display because the textures were removed from Default/Wide media 
folder!

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
There are a few other minor cases where text overlaps (as in Online Views 
Year/Runtime), or when caching trailers, the download/status text is too long 
and overlaps the Catalog/User name.

I also moved Secondary title on Details Window to below Main Title.
It only displays if different than the mastertitle.
