Feat: Links #26

I added a nav bar with a link to /gwardia module, hope you like it!

BTW, when creating branch, add it type to its name and use only lower case letters, so in this case it should be feat/links Also to commits add ids of issue, that this commit resolve (in this case it should be feat: links #22

Reverse for 'gwardia' not found. 'gwardia' is not a valid view function or pattern name.

gwardia app was added to main after this branch was created, but we don't want to create another PR to add link to gwardia app after merging this, so {% url 'gwardia' %} is added even thoughgwardia` don't exist on this branch
