installer support for usage scenario setting of sysvars #60

this is an enhancement request for an additional config bundle.

Thsi would ask some questions about the intended usage of the bots - 
will you be pathfinding, do you need to work with sounds, do you need
to recognize animations, etc.  and will set some sysvars in the botconfig.xml 
include to optimize performance.
