setbot is one way trap #63

1. log on several bots
2. type 
/say hi

all bots respond

3. type
/setbot Some Bot   (one of the bots)

4. type
/say hi

no way at this point to get back to state at #2 - setbot needs a reset command

Setbot should be done at the layer of the command issuing.. but setbot should 
be present for documentation
