BotVars not looking into AIML dictionaries

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in a bot from SWI-Prolog
2. ?- botvar_get(X,Y).

What is the expected output?

To see the AIML vars defined in bots.xml

What do you see instead?

Several vars not present in bots.xml
