copy 'character.html' delete all quiz-related elements:

blurs
tokens (leave all p-tags and section IDs intact) suppress script call (will use this to render an old character when the user selects one from Splash - it's easier than trying to work with the character sheet that's heavily wired for quizzes)

character.html added with divs and p-tags for quiz sections CSS needed to size and position character sheet, divs, and p-tags
