The general assets will not be remade as "official source" #4

Recently I was thinking about remaking all the cards assets for the generator. It would have been a long and hard work. But today, while playing Gwent, something caught my eye... When you check a card on Gwent, as I said earlier, it's a 3D object. you can move it while holding down right click : the border, especially the faction banner, as a 3D effect. In the end, the card you're looking at isn't a 2D object, it's changed by the effect of perspective.

But there is one place where the card are 2D and not too small so you can check it : it's the loading screen, showing one random card. I took a screenshot and compare it On the left is the card generator version, on the right official source version (what CDPR shares to devs), on the middle the Gwent version.

As you can see, the 3 versions are differents. The top-left of the Gwent version is sharp, the official is round, the generator version is sharp, but less than the official one. About this, the generator is closer of Gwent. Then if you superimpose the 3 versions, the generator banner is a little thinner than the Gwent version. The official version is a little widther, but it's closer to the Gwent version than the generator version is.

In the end, I came to the conclusion : it's useless to try to mimic the official source, because I can't be sure it's what I'm aiming at be as close as Gwent cards as possible. Still, I'll make a few little changes (about sizes and positions) of strength, position, countdown and rarity tokens to be closer to Gwent version.

Let me be clear : it doesn't mean I'm not open-minded about being close to official source version. But like I said, it's a big work. If someone can provide assets closer to the official source version, I'll be ok about adding a new script parameter so you can generate cards from one or the other assets version.

CDPR are certainly inconsistent with their images. Honestly I am happy with the quality of the 'Meowcate' card images, but we just can't replace the official CDPR images in the official data set.

I think going forward we will release the official card data set with CDPR images, and then provide another JSON that uses 'Meowcate' card images.
