Should make sure the user can actually use the notifications feature before deciding to display the option #18

For the artist page the enable/disable notifications selection is shown regardless of whether or not the user can actually use notifications. It should check and display/don't display accordingly.

This should now be fixed in 934d8d143ee0494137cf0df18b70c99143ad1cb2. I'm not sure how to not show the notifications menu item in the menu though, I'll have to dig up where that's created.

I'll leave this open to remind myself about the menu item.
