Suppress clock measure in perfctr #46

The clock measurement at the beginning of every start takes some time.
On automated runs it should be possible to turn it off.

1. Evaluate how far the duration can be reduced for exact results.
2. Add an option to turn it off.

Changed duration to 100ms which worked fine.
Will not add another command line switch.

I think 100ms are acceptable even for bulk runs.
