OMP_NUM_THREADS not set in likwid-perfctr -C #59

When you run likwid-perfctr with the -C option to pin the threads, 
OMP_NUM_THREADS is not set. If you run it with -C N:0 on a 8 core machine, it 
will pin all 8 threads to one core. In attachment is there a patch that sets 
OMP_NUM_THREADS to the number of cores to measure when pinning is enabled.
