Using likwid-pin on a architecture which is capable of SMT but has it disabled 
likwid-pin may quit with erro message.

Could not reproduce issue on single socket SandyBridge with SMT disabled.

Verification on two socket SandyBridge-EP necessary.

Issue cannot be reproduced with actual head.
Verified on SandyBridge EP system.
