Updated Version to 4.8.0 from 4.0.9 #7

Library upgraded to AmCharts Version 4.8.0 (January 16, 2020). Itroduced functions for grouping data: https://www.amcharts.com/docs/v4/concepts/axes/date-axis/#Dynamic_data_item_grouping.

Thanks for the pull request. Seems good to me will just merge this to the main release_2.3.1 branch

On the PR have you changed also the AmMap js resources?

I think I know why, we need also to update the worldLow.js , usaLow.js and usaAlbersLow.js.

Ok seems good to merge, Just need to update also the geodata on demo showcase.
