Make Reciprocality (set) the default #133

It would be nifty if the checkbox under Reciprocality was set as the default.

Only on new exit creation or on editing too?

I've had the opposite occur -- where I had to re-set the reciprocality, on an exit that had it previously, and then mysteriously shows up as non-reciprocal (but is...) I need to screen shot this when it happens next.

Yeah. New creation for now, I guess?
