Dark / Bloody passive hability #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create any Bloody / Dark item
2. equip it
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Is expected that Bloody items give you a passive skill with PVE boost 
habilityes, same with Dark items but these with PVP boost. None of them are 
giving these skills.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
