Since the Mod Coder Pack hasnt updated for 1.13 yet, I'll have to decompile 1.12.2's source code instead.

Climate zones will need to be implemented first.

Actually reading the NBT data from the level.dat file for generated worlds is going to be painful to figure out. I think it has something to do with ChunkLoader? There's a lot to untangle here and my eyes hurt

Closing issues seems to make them marginally more annoying to dig up so I'll just leave this open
