Create a theme for the app that incorporates school colors

Test Script:

  1. Open App
  2. Check to see if the app has a blue and white theme
  3. Click on three line button in the upper left hand corner to open navigation panel
  4. Click on any page
  5. Check to see if that page has a blue and white theme.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for all pages
