Generally, menubars should show all possible Options (eg. "About", "Quizzes", "Contact", etc), if there is enough space to do so. If the window is resized to a specific smaller width, then the menubar should show the three lines/dots to show the different website sections. There is no need for a dropdown menu in the menubar when theres enough horizontal top space to display all website sections.
